摘要: Abstract Combinations of a low tensile strain and annealing temperature have been successfully processed to double the fraction special boundaries, Σ sp , in commercially pure (C.P.) nickel. Processing sequence one step 6% followed by 900  ° C anneal for 10 min, has resulted boundary (3 ≤ 29) 74.7%, compared as-received material 36.5%. A large proportion this increased boundaries were found be made up twins 3 its twin variants n . Deformation applied sample alone without heat treatment, caused decrease, value falling, example 25.6% at 12% strain. Energy minimization processes such as grain migration growth suggested means enhancing formation twins.
