摘要: Abstract The Σ value for a total of 222 boundaries was evaluated in recrystallized polycrystals 270 grade nickel. specimens were strained at room temperature and annealed 0.9 Tm order to obtain large grain size. Of the boundaries, 91 related Σ3, 20 Σ9, 13 Σ27 4 Σ81. remaining, 80 random with Σ> 97, while others evenly distributed among other CSLs. occurrence Σ3 our is comparable that found bicrystals (this little remarkable since grains free rotate but constrained polycrystals), we find much greater incidence Σ81 boundaries. explanation given polycrystals, Σ9 are created by impingement two etc.
