摘要: Mast cells in the human uterus were examined following fixation 10% formalin and staining with Azure B. present all parts of corpus uteri. Cyclical changes observed by light microscopy for mast cell numbers/mm2 functional endometrium, basal endometrium endometrial/myometrial border throughout menstrual cycle. No significant differences found numbers menstrual, proliferative or secretory phases cycle dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). correlation was between wall phase average blood loss patients DUB.
