摘要: Prolactin (PRL) secretion and PRL mRNA expression in human myometrial explant cultures was inhibited by the addition of placental conditioned medium (HPCM). After 3 days treatment with 5% HPCM reduced to 24% control values (P or = 5 ng/ml < 0.001) a concomitant reduction levels. These results demonstrate modulation myometrium locally present factors.
