摘要: We study a spin-Peierls gap and bound resonant states of two magnetic excitations in Cu 1- x Zn GeO 3 CuGe y Si O . Breakdown the selection rule doped samples enables us to observe excitation first-order Raman process. It is found that this shifts lower frequency merges into tail elastic scattering together with its line broadening increasing dopant concentration. The state particle-hole pair observed just below bottom second-order band pure CuGeO changes disappears rapidly as concentration increased, owing weakening attractive interaction extreme increase dampings excitations. These features are demonstrated theoretically by using Green's function.
