摘要: Abstract The spin-Peierls transition and the Fano effect in α′-Na1−δV2O5 ( δ=0, 0.01 0.1) have been studied by means of Raman scattering. origins five new peaks a broad band which appear only below TSP crystal structure are discussed. When temperature Na+-ion deficiency increase, asymmetry observed at 531 cm−1 weakens because probability phonon–phonon decay channel increases phonon–electronic excitation interaction decreases.
