摘要: The enzymatic esterification of natural phenolic antioxidants such as cinnamic acid and benzoic derivatives, with aliphatic alcohols, monosaccharides well alkylglucosides, using various lipases esterases in non-aqueous media, was investigated. Reaction rate yield seems to be linked the structural characteristics substrates (aromatic acids alcohols or sugars) used.
