摘要: We propose a career model that focuses on the antecedents of success for managers and professionals within organizations. The includes constructs rarely represented in literature, is based conservation resources theory. Testing our with sample 545 managers, we found significant effect positive negative social capital, perception organizational politics, professional vitality, protean attitude internal external success, mediated by commitment met expectations, moderated chance event effect. This original contribution incorporating new concentrates upon factors enabling support successful careers.
