摘要: Summary 8 cases of osteosarcoma the upper jaw from a personal series tumours are described, and their treatment discussed in light past experience. Of cases, four still alive well 6 months to 11 years after treatment. A case is put forward for initial use radical surgery, especially maxillectomy with orbital exenteration. The addition routine post-operative Adriamycin therapy recommended its known activity against sarcomas. palliation advanced also discussed.
