摘要: Capillary haemangioma is a common lesion which has often been designated ‘pyogenic granuloma’ on the basis of active inflammatory exudate between blood vessels. Inflammation frequent in nasal tumours, particularly if they are polypoid, and so unlikely to be related origin this condition. I have not able separate ‘pyogenic’ from ‘haemangiomatous’ form benign vascular situation. The site tumour most frequently mucosa at anterior end septum.
