摘要: Summary Background Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its tyrosine kinase family of receptors (VEGFR) (Flt-1, Flk-1, Flt-4) have been implicated in vascular angiogenesis remodelling cerebral arteriovenous malformations (CAVM). In this study, we investigate the role hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1α) CAVM relationship to VEGF VEGFR. Methods Surgical specimens from 26 patients undergoing resection were studied for HIF-1α , VEGF, Flt-1, Flk-1 Flt-4. The mean age was 34.08+/−14.18 years. Twenty-one presented with intracerebral haemorrhage. Results Flt-1 Flt-4 expressed all specimens. 15 patients. expression significantly associated ( p Conclusions is human CAVM. related VEGFR expression, suggesting a possible induction maintaining remodelling.
