摘要: Abstract Homogeneous sulfation of bagasse cellulose (BC) with chlorosulfonic acid–dimethylformamide was accomplished in an ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C4mim]Cl). The BCS products from the had degrees substitution (DS) range 0.52–2.95 and a simultaneous pattern at C-6, C-2 C-3 positions. sulfated attained significant anticoagulation activity, causing dose-dependent prolongation coagulation time inhibition FIIa FXa activities human plasma. activity showed positive correlation DS, some indexes exceeded those heparin.
