摘要: Iran is a high-risk country for cardia gastric adenocarcinoma (CGA) in Central Asia, with an incidence rate five times the average global rate, and shows high infection Helicobacter pylori (69%). The aim was to examine associations of multiple H. cagPAI genotypes (ie cagH, cagL, cagG, orf17) risk CGA, non-CGA, different histological types GA Iran. A large number strains (N = 336) were successfully cultured genotyped. Histopathological evaluations performed. analysis showed inverse association between cagH+ genotype CGA intestinal-type (IGA) (adjusted ORs; 0.312 0.283, respectively), where controls nontumors. orf17+ decreased non-CGA diffuse-type (DGA)(adjusted 0.310 0.356, respectively). When those nonatrophic gastritis, cagG+ negatively associated IGA, DGA 0.324, 0.366, 0.306, 0.303, We did not find such significant cagL+ logistic regression analysis. Combination vacA c2 further estimates GAs. This study reverse genotypes-cagH+ -with male patients aged ≥ 55 Presence combination strong non-CGA. These findings may reveal coordinated relationship genotypes.
