摘要: Abstract Hypertrophic burn scars remain a significant burden for patients and challenge clinicians. The aim Assessement of the efficacy combined Pulsed Dye Laser Ablative Fractional CO2 therapy on hyperthophic correlation with plasma levels MMP-2, TIMP-1 alpha-1 type I collagen. Patients methods Twenty five pediatric subjects were enrolled into study. Control group consisted age-matched admitted surgical repair inguinal hernia. For assessment results laser treatment we used Vancouver scar scale (VSS), Patient-Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS). We also correlated clinical Results All reported resulted in improvement somewhat satisfied or very their experience. No adverse events reported. collagen our before threatment higher comparison to controls. found statistically decrease after Conclusions Our study clearly shows that CO2-AFL improve texture, colour, function alleviate pruritus. believe scars, reflects reduced dynamic scar.
