摘要: Intracranial dissecting aneurysms cause ischemia, but anticoagulation or antiplatelet agents are administered to most ischemic patients without angiographical investigation. A 55-year-old woman succumbed a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) during therapy for ischemia caused by aneurysm at the anterior cerebral artery, which was identified conventional angiography on day 11 after admission. The authors emphasize that all manifesting attack can hemorrhage. Therefore, emergency is recommended with complaining of headache. If dissection identified, it may be better regulate blood pressure patient strictly therapy.
