Krox20 inactivation in the PNS leads to CNS/PNS boundary transgression by central glia

摘要: Les interfaces entre systeme nerveux central (SNC) et peripherique (SNP) constituent des frontieres cellulaires, car elles delimitent territoires contenant populations neuronales gliales differentes. En depit de leur interet potentiel pour la medecine regenerative, les mecanismes qui confinent oligodendrocytes astrocytes dans le SNC cellules Schwann SNP ne sont pas connus chez mammiferes. Afin d'analyser l'implication glie myeline maintien frontiere SNC/SNP, nous avons utilise souris mutantes. Nous montrons que l'inactivation Krox20/Egr2, un gene-maitre regulation myelinisation Schwann, aboutit a transgression SNC/SNP par axones racines nerveuses oligodendrocytes. Une telle migration n'a lieu avec mutation Trembler J , empeche du sans affecter l'expression Krox20. Ces resultats suggerent donc requiert une fonction Krox20 separable controle myelinisation. egalement analyse patient humain affecte d'une neuropathie congenitale amyelinisante, associee l'absence proteine KROX20 Schwann.
