摘要: Abstract An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of interaction among group members on both their generation and evaluation solutions problems. Twelve four-men groups worked two different administrative On each problem, a under one four conditions: 1. (1) interacted with another during but were prevented from interacting solutions; 2. (2) did interact 3. (3) 4. (4) solutions. The results corroborate previous evidence that phase problem solving is dysfunctional. Groups in which produced smaller number solutions, fewer high-quality kinds than constrained generation. other hand, there some process functional although superiority over noninteracting discriminating high- low-quality varied manner individual evaluations combined groups.
