Enhanced energy storage properties of (1−x)Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-xBa0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9Zr0.1O3 ceramics

摘要: Abstract Energy storage properties of (1− x )Bi 0.5 Na TiO 3 - Ba 0.85 Ca 0.15 Ti 0.9 Zr 0.1 O ceramics prepared by solid state reaction were first investigated. The results XRD for all samples show a pure perovskite phase and pseudo-cubic symmetry. P E loops illustrate that the addition can enhance breakdown strength, discharge charge energy density efficiency. sample with =0.525 exhibits highest strength 9.35 kV/mm, 0.87 J/cm 1.06 J/cm . =0.55 efficiency 82.37%. Four evident current peaks are found in I curves =0.475. Two evidence ferroelectric domain switching ≥0.50.
