Comparative studies on structure, dielectric, strain and energy storage properties of (Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 ) 0.94 Ba 0.06 Ti 0.965 (Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) 0.035 O 3 lead-free ceramics prepared by traditional and two-step sintering method

摘要: This work compared the effects of sintering methods on structure, dielectric, strain and energy storage properties (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06Ti0.965(Mg1/3Nb2/3)0.035O3 (BNBT–0.035MN) lead-free ceramics. The single phase perovskite structure BNBT–0.035MN ceramics was independent with methods. by two-step had smaller grain size denser microstructure than those traditional sintering. Compared sintering, exhibited better properties. optimum density (W = 0.80 J/cm3) corresponding efficiency (η = 65%) were obtained at 70 kV/cm, while electric field-induced decreased. Dielectric samples inferior to that samples, which is related effect.
