摘要: Abstract Plasma membrane vesicles were prepared by phase partition from a microsomal fraction of broad bean ( Vicia faba L.) leaf. In order to study the effects sodium sulfite on active uptake sucrose, artificially energized transmembrane pH gradient (ΔpH) and/or electrical (Δψ). At 1 mM, strongly inhibited sucrose but did not affect two components proton motive force, ΔpH (measured dimethyloxazolidine dione) and Δψ tetraphenylphosphonium). Moreover, sulfic inhibit proton-pumping ATPase plasma vesicles. These data demonstrate that may transport photoassimilates in plant direct inhibition carrier membrane.
