摘要: The efficiency of oxidation in wet digestion procedures for organic materials can be great importance the quality analytical data various measurement techniques. Four items commercial equipment pressurised sample were compared and it could shown that residual carbon content achieved only depends on temperature solution not equipment, if time is long enough to reach steady state. consumption nitric acid during procedure was investigated. This important consider, because signal response instrumental element determination influenced by concentration solution. relation between amount, maximum a closed vessel system depicted influence incomplete matrix As Se means axial ICP-OES was investigated.
