摘要: Infections caused by Human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV) are very common in patients who undergo immunosuppression or immunocompromisation. The techniques used for routine HCMV detection time- consuming and lack specificity sensitivity. ability of the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) to amplify DNA from clinical samples is a valuable diagnostic tool early stages infection. We pair primers 435 bp region immediate early-1 gene, detect at high risk found following type patients: 6 out 20 immunosuppres sed, 11 31 immunocompromised, 5 8 pregnant women, 4 25 with anti-CMV IgM IgG titres, 1 2 kidney failure, 14 opthalmic disorders. Sixty-seven specimens, which were be negative CMV PCR technique, inoculate human fibroblast monolayer cultures was performed extracted cultured cells. Only 67 cases detected.
