摘要: Abstract The nucleation rate of porcine insulin increased under application an external AC electric field at 3 MHz. This is attributed to the electrostatic energy added chemical potentials both liquid and solid phases; potential was significantly changed compared with that liquid, which lead increase in driving force for nucleation. Therefore, can be a useful technique protein crystallization.
