摘要: We have cloned and characterized the coding sequence of human HAND2 basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor. The amino acid includes an amino-terminal polyalanine repeat which is precisely conserved in rat gene. Northern analysis indicates that transcript 2.3 kb length strongly expressed heart.
