摘要: Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide. Despite improvements in diagnosis and treatment over past two decades, cancer continues to present a serious challenge oncologists, especially when disease has already spread distant site at time diagnosis. The high degree variation gene expression, observed not only tumors arising from different tissues but also same tissue, sometimes distinct areas tumor, likely be responsible for evolutionary adaptation consequently tumor survival.
