摘要: A detailed description is given of a technique in which emissions from H and H2 are used to calibrate an apparatus for electron-impact emission cross-section measurements the wavelength range 90–130 nm. Absolute cross sections have been measured at 200 eV energy 120 nm N I line following dissociative excitation N2 Ar Ar+ lines 104.8, 106.7, 92.0, 93.8 nm respectively. Good agreement with earlier works obtained case when data renormalized take into account recent revision section production Lyman α H2. Measurements 104.8 106.7 nm suggest 40% cascade component latter energies above.
