摘要: Abstract The use of intranasal steroid drops for nasal obstruction in infants is common practice and can prevent more invasive surgical procedures; however, it not without complication. We describe 2 cases iatrogenic Cushing's secondary to steroids with obstruction, discuss the etiology this unusual complication, review previous literature reports. While reporting sparse, these highlight risk development adrenal insufficiency usage as well need close monitoring administration tapering drops. Additionally, we suggest an approach infant symptomatic that addresses emphasizes quick possible endocrine consultation when appropriate.
