摘要: It is well established that infective endocarditis (IE) involving the HACEK (Hemophilus, Actinobacillus, Cardiobacter, Eikenella, Kingella) group of microbes occurs in patients with congenital heart defects (CHD) and those prosthetic grafts. Dental caries gingival disease have been presumed to be focus microbial shedding.
