摘要: The spectroscopic properties of CdHgTe/CdTe heterostructures are studied using photoluminescence absorption and for the first time, Fourier transform excitation spectroscopy. analysis these data shows that line position can be well predicted from confined carrier levels. spectrum is fitted with a theoretical calculation up to second transition energy. linewidth dominated, in thin wells, by width fluctuation order +or-1 monolayer, while wide wells it due alloy fluctuations defect-induced broadening mechanisms.
