摘要: Abstract The identification of gasoline adulteration by organic solvents is not an easy task, because compounds that constitute the are already in composition. In this work, combination Hydrogen Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H NMR) spectroscopic fingerprintings with pattern-recognition multivariate Soft Independent Modeling Class Analogy (SIMCA) chemometric analysis provides original and alternative approach to screening Brazilian commercial quality a Monitoring Program for Quality Control Automotive Fuels. SIMCA was performed on fingerprints classify representative samples selected Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) collected over 6-month period from different gas stations Sao Paulo state, Brazil. Following optimized 1H NMR-SIMCA algorithm, it possible correctly 92.0% samples, which considered acceptable. method recommended routine applications Quality-Control Programs, since its measurements fast can be easily automated. Also, police laboratories could employ rapid discourage practices.
