摘要: Abstract A simple and fast 1H NMR method, without any pretreatment, was developed for quality control of gasoline. It is based on the average group molecular weight approach relative-content concept involving aromatics, olefinics paraffinics, including also ethanol benzene contents. The content evaluated Brazilian samples, but method can be easily adapted to oxygenated compound (ex. MTBE), gasoline from other countries. Twenty two laboratory prepared samples (gasoline refineries plus hydrocarbon solvents) thirty four real (i.e., gas stations) were tested. routine carried out through usual physicochemical analyses reached a level confidence 75% 73% in detecting non conformity respectively. very superior reaching 100% 97% confidence, better suited laboratories with high sample throughput since measurement time short only one experiment needed per sample.
