摘要: Abstract Background Noninvasive detection of rejection is a major objective in the management heart transplant recipients. Methods and Results To investigate utility 2-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography (2D-STE), we retrospectively evaluated 160 sets endomyocardial biopsies echocardiograms from 59 asymptomatic Conventional International Society for Heart Lung Transplantation grade 1B or higher was considered as treatment-requiring (group R), whereas 0 1A classified group Non-R. Left ventricular global longitudinal strain (GLS), circumferential strain, radial were assessed by 2D-STE. Twenty-five specimens into R. GLS significantly associated with rejection, neither nor were. Lower remained an increased risk (odds ratio, 1.15 [95% CI, 1.01-1.30]; P=0.03) even multivariate analysis. absolute value less than 14.8% showed sensitivity specificity 64% 63%, respectively, rejection. Conclusion The 2D-STE–derived left Two-dimensional STE might be useful noninvasive supplemental tool monitoring recipients possible
