摘要: Abstract 1. The effect of lysine deficiency was analysed on muscle protein turnover in 2‐, 3‐ and 4‐week‐old growing broilers. Protein fractional synthesis rates (FSR, %/d) were measured by a reliable vivo technique (flooding dose L‐[4‐3H] phenylalanine) the Pectoralis major (PM), Anterior latissimus dorsi (ALD) Sartorius (SART) muscles. breakdown (FBR, estimated as difference between growth tissue protein. 2. Lysine resulted significant increases FSR FBR. When expressed absolute (g/d), deposition reduced whatever tissue. This phenomenon accompanied decreased (ASR). 3. responsiveness to appeared depend studied muscle, since PM most sensitive whereas SART ALD muscles presented lower sensitivity.
