摘要: Novel human estrogen receptor (ER)-beta was identified in cDNA libraries from testis. ER-beta specifically expresses testis, ovary, thymus, spleen, osteoblasts and fetus. might not conserve the same physiological functions as does ER-alpha. Therefore, clinical significance of expression ER-alpha mRNAs ovarian cancers investigated. The percentage mRNA to ranged 1.5 10% normal ovaries. On other hand, ratios were a wide range cancers. There no significant difference among classified according histological types or stages. In 48-month survival rate, patient prognosis with low high ratio ( mRNA) significantly worse than that medium (>==1.5 <==10% mRNA). conclusion, intact synchronized interacting be damaged some cancers, which lead poor prognosis.
