摘要: Abstract Australia has some of the most restrictive laws concerning use nicotine in e-cigarettes. The only current legal option for Australians to legally possess and vaping is with a medical prescription domestic supply limited compounding pharmacies that prepare medicines specific patients. An alternative regulatory could be implemented under drugs poisons regulations ‘nicotine licensing' scheme utilising provisions ‘dangerous poisons'. This commentary discusses how such used trial access solutions outside ‘medicines framework' Australia.
