Influence of particle size on the sintering behavior and high-power piezoelectric properties of PMnN–PZT ceramics

摘要: Abstract The sintering behaviors and high-power piezoelectric properties of four kinds powders Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3–Pb(Ti,Zr)O3 (PMnN–PZT) ceramics have been investigated. These are derived from ball milling stirring milling, respectively. results reveal that long time shrinks the powder particle size distributions tends to decrease temperatures ceramic. strongly affected by applied powders. Vibration velocity, which is always characteristic properties, can be enhanced for fine (0.37 μm) compared coarse one (1.3 μm). Furthermore, temperature rise found significantly upon reduction in size. This trend has suggested a higher vibration velocity lower heat generation achieved reducing phenomena explained consideration both combination grain boundaries effect cavities.
