摘要: In this paper, the electret properties of three types castings prepared P(VDF-HFP) (poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene)) copolymer films whose contents HFP are 4.2, 4.7 and 5.9% discussed. Experimental results point out that film is a polar material, i.e. there exists both oriented dipoles deposited space charge in after charging. Estimating polarizations at different charging fields based on analysis current curves indicate comparatively high polarization formed under field above 200 MVm-1 for film. The mechanically thermal stretching process not only increases density but also improves stability charge. However, increase content has negative impact measurements by means laser doppler vibrometer show which 4.2% 4.7%, respectively notable converse piezoelectric coefficient as 140 pmV-1 130 pmV -1 . Dynamics interaction with 4.7% investigated isothermal surface potential decay temperatures. At same time, pyroelectric effect discussed
