摘要: Polyimide film, as a special type of engineering plastic is kind basic insulating material and widely applied in the aerial, nuclear, microelectronic industry, turn to insulation ground inverter-fed motors. However, premature failures occur frequently motors with disadvantage pure PI inherent all organic materials. The existence surface charge has great effect on breakdown characteristic main reason leading dielectric breakdown. Fluorination change chemical component layer polymers should give rise corresponding electrical properties thus influence injection from electrodes when they are used an insulator. This paper presents study aimed at clarifying fluorination time accumulation decay behaviors fluorinated polyimide film. Samples were laboratory vessel about 328 K (55 °C) using F2/N2 mixture 20% F2 by volume 0.05 MPa (500 mbar) for respectively 15, 30, 45 60 minutes. Corona charging tests performed room temperature relative humidity ~ 40%. distribution was measured means electrostatic voltmeter. Obtained results show dependence density well rate upon samples, varying function polarity time. It suggested that can significantly improve films.
