摘要: Abstract A method is described in which macromolecule-macromolecule interactions are assessed closed tubes with the use of molecular sieving (gel filtration). By incorporating appropriate markers into system, distribution volumes can be precisely determined without need for close control total gel volume. The binding an antibody fragment (Fabµ, mol wt 50,000) to its antigen (γG, 150,000) has been successfully studied.
