摘要: From the cells of 142 strains genera Rhodotorula, Cryptococcus, Sporobolomyces, and Rhodosporidium, coenzyme Q (Co-Q) was extracted partially purified by thin-layer chromatography. The type Co-Q mainly determined paper system these organisms, which were considered to have a phylogenetic relationship Basidiomycetes, characterized dominant distribution Q10. An exceptional Q9 found in several Rh. glutinis whose perfect stage is Rhodosp. toruloides, var. rufusa, lactosa, Cr. neoformans uniguttulatus, luteolus, malvinellum. Rhodotorula infirmo-miniata only species with Q8. genus Rhodosporidium divided into two groups composed Q10 possessors on basis their system. These results are discussed connection other criteria such as serological characteristics DNA base composition.
