摘要: We aimed to investigate the reliability and clinical sensitivity of World Health Organization Quality Life (WHOQOL-100) scale for patients diagnosed with schizophrenia because its multilingual, multidimensional, cross-cultural properties. Fifty-four stabilized outpatients 49 age-, sex-, occupation-matched healthy control subjects were recruited. The showed high internal consistency (Cronbach alpha = 0.94). While there was no correlation between total scores psychopathology measures (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale [BPRS], assessment Negative Symptoms [SANS], Assessment Positive [SAPS], Clinical Global Impression [CGI]), significant negative correlations obtained especially subscales BPRS, SANS, SAPS, QOL domains. Stepwise multiple regression analysis also revealed that BPRS anxiety/depression SANS anhedonia subcales predictor variables in five six domains group. better quality-of-life mild group on physical psychological indicate WHOQOL-100 could be used as an outcome measure studies.
