The notion about started come together in 1983, when United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) established World Commission on Environment Development (WCED). One main objectives WCED was prepare long-term planning environmental concerns towards year 2000 beyond. also focused heightening cooperation among developing countries, including countries at different stages economic social development.
