摘要: The experimental investigation on the Tm:YAP lasers with different thulium doped concentrations and specialized crystal dimensions are concluded. samples were pumped by a laser diode array (LDA), centre wavelength of 790 nm, adopted in end-pumped configuration. A maximum 5 W CW output 5% was reported. Especially, we got 20 mW power 15% incident 18.93 pump power, which first demonstration emission for crystals doping concentration higher than at.%. influences dimension, characteristics absorption spectrum polarization discussed. optimization structure also analyzed.
