摘要: Estrone and estradiol were measured in the peripheral plasma from 5 postmenopausal women during 48 hours after administration of 1.25 mg Premarin orally vaginally. Plasma levels estrone increased rapidly about 4 oral administration. Peak 120-180 pg/ml found 6-10-hour samples.
