摘要: Aberrant gene expression in somatic cell nuclear-transferred (NT) embryos due to abnormal epigenetic modifications of the donor nucleus likely accounts for much observed diminished viability and developmental abnormalities. We compared 13 developmentally important genes individual 8-cell blastocyst stage NT produced from adults female cumulus cells adult male skin fibroblast with low high incidences neonatal abnormalities [1, 2]. In vitro-fertilized (IVF) were used as control embryos. Among tested, relative abundance Glut-1, IGF-1R, E-cad, Cx43 transcripts varied significantly between two types at stage. The manganese super oxide dismutase (MnSOD) Stat3 was higher IVF both At stage, there a significant difference only one gene, Bcl-2, Although level Glut-1 did not vary blastocysts, its blastocysts lower than that blastocysts. MnSOD tended be profile any single however, highly variable among independent embryo morphology. present study demonstrated profiles examined Day 9 different are largely indistinguishable.
