摘要: Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of recently discovered noncoding RNA genes that post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression. It is becoming clear miRNAs play an important role in the regulation expression during development. However, mammals, data principally based on whole tissue analysis and still very incomplete. Results: We used oligonucleotide arrays to analyze miRNA murine hematopoietic system. Complementary oligonucleotides capable hybridizing 181 were immobilized membrane probed with radiolabeled derived from low molecular weight fractions total several different neuronal cells. This method allowed us cell type-specific patterns identify might be for lineage specification and/or effector functions. Conclusion: first report systematic profiling cells As expected, between non-hematopoietic cells, further subtle differences observed within group. Interestingly, most pronounced similarities among fully differentiated (Th1 Th2 lymphocytes mast cells) precursors at comparable stages differentiation (double negative thymocytes pro-B cells), suggesting addition regulating process commitment particular cellular lineages, have general mechanism maintenance identity.
