摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) constitute a class of regulatory non-coding RNAs involved in gene silencing pathways. They are single-stranded RNA molecules ranging from 19 to 25 nucleotides and may be considered the natural counterparts small interfering (siRNAs). Because their fine regulation expression at post-transcriptional level, miRNAs crucial players several pathways, including developmental timing, organogenesis, differentiation, hematopoiesis, apoptosis, cell proliferation, tumorigenesis [2]. The network miRNA messenger (mRNA) is combinatorial unique each type; fact, single molecule can bind repress different mRNAs multiple cooperate control mRNA target, cell-customized manner [33]. pleiotropic potential, also cellular micromanagers [2, 33]
