摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) constitute a class of regulatory non-coding RNAs involved in gene silencing pathways. They are single-stranded RNA molecules ranging from 19 to 25 nucleotides and may be considered the natural counterparts small interfering (siRNAs).
