摘要: A broadband subharmonic mixer utilizing a planar antiparallel Schottky barrier diode pair has been developed for 220 GHz. The is based on novel split-waveguide block design consisting of only two central pieces and tuner drivers which provide series parallel tuning elements at both the local oscillator signal frequency. single sideband noise temperature just below 2000 K from 210-235 GHz when an IF 1.5 used. conversion loss 9.5-10 dB. fixed-tuned useable bandwidth more than 10 was achieved with new design. >
