摘要: Four avian mycoplasmas are commonly recognized as poultry pathogens: Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG), synoviae (MS), meleagridis (MM), and iowae (MI). The associated with respiratory disease, synovitis arthritis, poor performance, skeletal deformities, embryo mortality. Three main approaches used for the diagnosis of mycoplasmosis: isolation identification, detection antibodies, molecular organism's nucleic acid by PCR. In recent years real-time PCR technology has revolutionized way clinical microbiology laboratories diagnose infectious diseases, but so far only a limited number diagnostic PCRs have been proposed mycoplasma diagnostics. We developed complete set reliable TaqMan assays four pathogenic mycoplasmas. selected genomic targets were species specific intraspecifically conserved included 16S-23S intergenic spacer region MS MM, upstream to 16S ribosomal DNA MI, highly foci mgc2 gene MG. demonstrated be sensitive their target mycoplasma, limits one copy per reaction mix MG assay 10 copies MS, MI assays. believe that incorporation in diagnostics will contribute accuracy, efficiency, feasibility these pathogens.
