摘要: The tissue microarray (TMA) technique is based on making cylindrical cores from paraffin donor blocks and transfer to a single recipient block. TMA has revolutionized the field of pathology for possibility evaluate multiple samples in one slide. There no precedent this subject Cuba, so objective research was implement technique. concordance results obtained by complete section were evaluated purpose, evaluation estrogen receptors (ER), progesterone (PR) epidermal growth factor type 2 (HER2) breast cancer. Forty-five paraffin-embedded women diagnosed with cancer at Institute Oncology 2012 studied. Two constructed, subsequently expression markers ER, PR HER2 determined immunohistochemistry, TMA. Kappa index used analysis. A good all three (ER k=0.8272; k=0.793 k=0.716). This study constitutes first report Cuba shows that it valuable tool, suggesting its potential use translational clinical trials vaccines.
